Additional Information
On-site installation is a maximum of 2 days plus 1 day of training, 8 hour
per day time limit and includes travel & lodging to/from Company's
location (continental US). Additional installation time required
beyond the control of LCS e.g. hardware or network related is $125.00 per hour
plus airline/hotel rebooking fees and expenses. Upon completion of software
installation, Company will be required to sign a release indicating completion
of software installation to Company's satisfaction. Pricing is per location
and per single SQL database. Faxing requires external US Robotics modem and
dedicated fax line. E-mail requires high-speed internet connection and
Microsoft Outlook® or Outlook Express e-mail program. RLM, GT3, Livery to
Livery, Internet Web Reservations, Terminal Services, and GPS options require
stand-alone communications server. On Site Training other than software install
date requires travel, lodging, and minimum 8 hour day at $125.00/hour. Verisign®
set-up required for credit card processing; monthly fees and set up are in
addition to processor fees. Options purchased after installation date require
minimum 2 hours installation charge per module and/or additional license, plus
additional support. Prices subject to change without notice.
Support is required for the first year. Software will continue
to operate indefinitely after the first year, but support is not guaranteed without
a support contract. Customers with lapsed support contracts may be required
to renew support (calculated from when support expired) in order to obtain support
(which may include version upgrades). If customer has been out of support
more than 24 months, software must be repurchased to obtain support. |
