LCS Access Privacy Policy

Livery Coach is sensitive to the privacy concerns of users of our products, services, and apps. The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe the types of personally identifying information collected via the LCS Access application, how that information is used, and to whom or under what circumstances that information is disclosed. Your use of the LCS Access application denotes your acceptance and agreement with the terms of the LCS Access Privacy Policy.

The LCS Access app is designed for chauffeurs to receive trip assignments from, and communicate trip progress to, dispatchers operating a linked desktop workstation. The app collects location information to report the chauffeur's GPS coordinates to the linked dispatch workstation, enabling dispatchers to assign, monitor, and coordinate trips in real time. Location data is also used in conjunction with trip status updates - such as en route, arrived, passenger on board, and trip complete — which the chauffeur submits through the app and which are relayed back to dispatchers. At any time, the chauffeur may turn off location services, understanding that the functionality of features relying on them will be affected (i.e., the ability to receive assignments and report GPS to the dispatcher workstation will be disabled).

The device ID is passed directly to the transportation provider with which the application is linked, allowing the provider to identify which device is associated with which chauffeur so that GPS data and trip data are routed correctly. Some instances of the LCS Access application allow the user to select the transportation provider while other instances are installed with the transportation provider already linked. To the extent that any of the third-party sites or systems accessible through the LCS Access application have different privacy practices from those stated in this Privacy Policy, those third-party privacy practices govern the collection and use of information you provide when using the app. Livery Coach Solutions, L.L.C. is not responsible for the policies, content, and practices of other companies.

The LCS Access application does not store any personally identifying data, and only shares collected data with the linked transportation provider for the purposes of providing transportation services. The LCS Access application uses encryption when passing data to the transportation provider, and does not sell your data to any third parties.
